End customer

The End Customer is the purchaser of the garment and does not have a user account or login credentials within DressMeApp.

• Customer profiles are created and maintained entirely by the Tailor or Agent (see How to add a customer).
• The customer never signs up or logs into the platform.
• All interactions occur via structured, automated emails, including:
  • Order confirmations
  • Quotes and 3D visualizations
  • Secure payment links
  • Order status updates
